Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the website buyldapp.com and the BUYLD mobile application (iOS and Android), published by BUYLDSTUDIO.

By creating an account or using the services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Minimum age

BUYLD is reserved for people aged 15 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old.

3. Service description

BUYLD provides tools to track training, nutrition, and a community (posts, likes, comments).

A free offer (BUYLD Free) and paid BUYLD Pro plans (weekly, yearly, or lifetime) may be available. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page of the connected product (buyld.fr) and in the app stores.

Some actions (live workout, meal logging, creating a new post) are designed for the mobile apps. The web product (buyld.fr) notably allows account creation, program management, and account access.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

BUYLDSTUDIO may suspend or delete an account if these terms are breached or in case of abusive use.

5. Community — prohibited content

You remain responsible for the content you publish (text, photos, comments). The following are prohibited, including but not limited to:

harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory speech;
pornographic or sexually explicit content;
spam, unauthorized advertising, identity theft;
sharing other people’s personal data without consent (doxxing);
illegal or violent content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
any attempt to harm the service or other users.

6. Moderation

BUYLDSTUDIO may remove any content and suspend or terminate an account, without prior notice, in case of breach of these terms, a substantiated report, or to protect the service and its users.

7. Health disclaimer

BUYLD is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing a training program or diet, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.

You use the service at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

No license is granted beyond personal use of the service in accordance with these terms.

9. User content

You retain ownership of your content (profile photo, bio, posts, comments).

By publishing it, you grant BUYLDSTUDIO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate the service (display in the app and on the website, distribution to authorized users).

This license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to technical backups and legal retention obligations.

10. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account from the BUYLD app or by emailing contact@buyldapp.com. We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Availability and liability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, BUYLDSTUDIO is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or harm resulting from use of the service that does not comply with these terms.

12. App stores

If you download BUYLD from the App Store or Google Play Store, the relevant store terms also apply. These terms complement those store terms and do not replace them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Rouen shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
